1- Will I get the order invoice when I purchase from your store?
Yes, a purchase invoice/receipt will be emailed to you at the time of purchase. You can also request an official copy by emailing our customer service team at Rachidoud@gmail.com.
2- What do I need before placing an order?
You need to read carefully the description of the item that you want to purchase before placing any order. If you want to change an item or choose another variant, please contact us within 24 hours to be able to change your order, otherwise, you will not be eligible for a return.

4- What is your Shipping Policy?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and the first day of your order to be able to change or cancel your order) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Our team of experts checks each order before sending it out, for quality and accuracy before shipping. To ensure safe shipping, we ship your order securely in a hard cover case surrounded by shock-absorbent padding.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. If your prescription is not made to your order or there is a manufacturer's defect in your order, we will reship your order at no charge or provide a full refund (depending on your choice).
Returns are available if initiated within three 30 days of receiving your package. You must email customer service within 30 days to request the return. Any claims made after 30 days will NOT be accepted.

9- What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
