Returns and Refund Policy

The following return policy applies to general online purchases made through Rachidoud.
 
Returns are available if initiated within three 30 days of receiving your package. You must email customer service within 30 days to request the return. Any claims made after 30 days will NOT be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
 
The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.
 
All items must be returned in their original condition; unused, unopened, including packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn or altered. The customer is responsible for any return costs. Items that can not be returned:

Many types of products can not be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, or liquids.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
* Some health and personal care products.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Gift cards.

There are some situations where only a partial refund is granted: (where applicable)

* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, video game, tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your Rachidoud™. Please reach out to Rachidoud@gmail.com with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll take care of the rest.


What’s your return policy?


All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 days time frame, please reach out to Rachidoud@gmail.com.

You can return the package free of charge with the included packing slip (no sticker required).

  1. Securely pack the items in a box.
  2. Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
  3. Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
  4. Ship the package from the nearest post office or shipping company of your choice to the address listed below:

Be aware that you must return the order within 30 days.

If you have received a broken item, we would like to hear from you in advance via Rachidoud@gmail.com. Then we can help you with the return procedure and find a suitable solution!

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, after approximately 2 to 4 working days (*5 to 10 for credit card transfers).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.

Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if any)

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, the sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if any)

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case, you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at Rachidoud@gmail.com and send us your item to:

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item has not been identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to first receive the item for you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. and he will know that you have returned the article.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
